Over a decade ago in the year 2004, we initially started our business by assisting China’s developing companies to list on the Canadian Toronto Venture Exchange (TSXV) and raise capital to grow their business.

In 2005, we expanded our business into the United States stock markets and helped Chinese companies’ in applying for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) and raise capital with the U.S. Security and Exchange Commissions (SEC), New York’s Stock Exchange (NYSE) and NASDAQ, to list on the United States’ over-the-counter market (OTC Markets) and then graduate to major stock exchanges including NYSE and NASDAQ, and recently to raise capital and going public through crowd funding (Reg A+) and going public (IPO).

In 2012, we expanded our services to help small and medium sized companies raise capital from venture capital, private equity funds and to grow businesses through cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
