Fred Chang, Partner
Fred is responsible for coordinating clients and third-party services work for public listings in the United States. He has more than 20 years of experience as a corporate financial advisor. Fred has coordinated the successful listings of more than 20 Chinese companies in the United States and Canada. He has extensive experience with the U.S. and Canadian capital markets. He has extensive contacts network with U.S. and Canadian legal firms, US GAAP and IFRS auditors, investment banking firms, crowd funding platforms, investor relations firms (IR), independent Chief Financial Offers (CFOs) talents and business plan writers.
He has held positions with General Electric (GE) and United Airlines as their representative in the China market, and as Asia Pacific manager of a NASDAQ listed Southwall Technologies Inc. in Silicon Valley, California. Fred has 17 years of business experience in China and Southeast Asia including financing joint ventures, strategic alliances and strategic acquisitions.
Fred received his MBA from Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan, U.S.A.; he also have Master Degree in Engineering from University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada; and Bachelor degree in Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
Louie Zhang, Partner
Louie has successfully managed government funded researches at Johns Hopkins laboratories and private projects in biomedical and IT industries. Louie joined us in 2005. Since then he has helped many clients implement capital raising and exchange listing strategies, set up correct offshore structures. Louie actively advises clients on business planning, financial budgeting and presentation issues. He speaks at municipal government seminars on various public listing and capital raising topics.
Louie has an MBA degree from the Business School of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland in the United States. Previously, he received a medical doctor degree in Medicine from Beijing Capital University of Medicine, in Beijing, China.
Oliver Hao, Partner
Mr. Oliver Hao is responsible for new client development and communication services. Mr. Hao has been working in foreign aviation industry in China for more than 20 years, he is experienced in client development as well as handling and communicating with clients. Mr. Hao have great personal connections in China market and has extensive personal investor’s network.
Mr. Hao graduated from Business School of University of Northern Virginia and received a degree of Master of Business Academy – Management (MBA).
David Xu, Partner
He have extensive working experience with China Chemicals Import & Export Corporation (SINOCHEM), Thunis Company (Tsinghua Unisplendour Corporation) and a Danish furniture company, Innovation. Specializing in international marketing, business management and business strategy development, he is responsible for clients’ development and relationship management. He is now the president of Beijing China Alumni Association of the University of Aberdeen, member of Beijing Youth Federation, the Beijing Youth Entrepreneurs Association and the British Chamber of Commerce.
David obtained his MBA from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, United Kingdom.
Tony Ko, Partner
Tony has been engaged in the cultural exchanges between the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Central and Eastern Europe, and China for many years. He has had a long standing cultural and entertainment business in Central and Eastern Europe. They have led to a number of cultural and entertainment projects. For more than 20 years, Tony has been running Elephant and Mango Entertainment Co., Ltd., Continental Media, and Overseas Chinese International Travel. Tony has a good reputation, contacts and social networks. His background and expertise are in CIS, Central and Eastern Europe, and the former Yugoslavia’s countries. He is specialized in business development, in search of projects coordination and implementation. Tony speaks fluent Russian.
Michelle Wang, Partner
Michelle works in the area of new clients development. She also manages selective public listing and financing projects.
She obtained her Masters Degree in International Trade Law (LLM) from Robert Gordon University, in the United Kingdom, after completing her graduate studies (LLM) at the University of Aberdeen in Oil and Gas Law. She has overseen and contributed to a number of successful projects since joining us in 2009.
Stefanie Jäsche, Partner
Stefanie joined us in 2015. She is responsible for business development, deal initation, investors relations and international Mergers and Acquisitions (M&As).
Stefanie holds a Master (Msc) from Lund University, Sweden, in International Economics with a focus on China. She graduated from Beijing Capital Normal University in Business Chinese and Bremen University of Applied Sciences in International Management and Applied Business Languages with B.A. She has been studying Translation and Interpreting at the Munich Municipal Foreign Languages Institute, and speaks German, English, French, Spanish, Chinese and Russian fluently.
Stefanie worked for the German Development Bank (DEG) in China during an internship and got experience in investment practice in China and other emerging markets. She gained expertise in the field of medical equipment and telecommunication. She accompanies small and medium sized enterprises on trade fairs in foreign countries.
